Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
• Grab your current read
• Open to a random page
• Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
• BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
• Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!
The hero cannot be lured, tricked, or drift into Act Two. The hero must make the decision for himself.
~ Save the Cat by Blake Snyder, pg 78
Here’s the summary from Goodreads:
This ultimate insider’s guide reveals the secrets that none dare admit, told by a show biz veteran who’s proven that you can sell your script if you can save the cat!
Cute….thanks.
Here is my teaser from MURDER TAKES TIME by Giacomo Giammatteo. It was GOOD…just finished it yesterday.

Interesting concept. Here is my TT http://newpaperadventures.blogspot.com/2012/09/teaser-tuesday-92512.html
Sounds like an interesting book. I hope you are enjoying it. My teasers are from Dearly, Beloved by Lia Habel and Run the Risk by Lori Foster. Happy reading!
Thanks for sharing, Elisabeth, Heidi, and Kathy. One of the best things about Teaser Tuesdays is the diversity of the books everyone shares! Sometimes I need a reminder to step outside of my favorite genre now and then. 😉
I don’t know quite what that means, but I sure hope they save the cat!
lol Nicki. It’s a writing craft book, specifically for screenplays but nearly all the advice works for novels as well. The title “Save the Cat!” comes from the author’s suggestion to have the protagonist, early in the story, do something (such as saving a cat) that makes us like him and defines who he is.
